10 things i have learned since running:
- i'm slow.
- it's hard.
- it makes my calves grow twice their size.
- i don't like having big calves.
- i walk like i'm 80 years old in the morning.
- i hurt all the time.
- i need new shoes.
- hills are my enemy.
- my heart feels stronger.
- 6 miles is very long.
i'm not ready!!!
