The Beauty of Friendship
I had the privilege of hanging out with some really cool chicks last weekend. We spent the day shopping up and down a street in Fredericksburg. We peeked our heads into several great stores and ended up with some very cute things, but the gift I found the most valuable that day was friendship. I think women have this amazing ability to see the beauty in things including other women, having said that, we have a hard time seeing that beauty in ourselves. We can choose to compete with other women or choose to form loyal friendships that will enrich our lives for the better. I would encourage you to surround yourself with Godly women that can help you see the beauty that certainly lies within.
Let's see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on . . . Ephesians 10: 24, 25 (The Message)
